Disappearing Glaciers

This glacier, like many others across the world, is withdrawing, melting and disappearing. Where a decade ago, one could have walked on the ice for a hundred feet, there is left only fragments of ice in water. As seen below. Also from my gallery. http://fav.me/d2kgz3a
